Used The Plumber's again this week to replace a cracked drain pipe in our basement. Just like the last time they sorted our water heater, the invoice was totally reasonable with no hidden fees. It is hard to find honest tradespeople who give you great value for your money. They are still my top call for repairs.

I found them through Google and contacted them on WhatsApp for an estimate. They gave me a very genuine and reasonable quote without any unnecessary overcharging. When I called them, they came to my home within just 1–2 hours and fixed the issue quickly. What I really appreciated was their honesty. They didn’t try to convince me to replace unnecessary parts or add extra charges, which is something you often come across with other service providers. They clearly explained the actual issue, gave the right advice, and completed the work properly. Very good service, genuine pricing, professional work, and a good nature. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work—if you continue providing such genuine service at reasonable prices, your business will definitely grow a lot. 👍
